Jones Custom Homes, a family-owned and operated custom home building company based in Rock Hill, SC and proudly serving clients across North and South Carolina. Since 1996, Bill has been a trusted trade partner for nationally recognized builders such as Lennar Homes and LGI Homes, framing more than 10,000 homes throughout the Carolinas. With nearly three decades of residential construction experience, he brings unmatched craftsmanship, leadership, and dedication to every project.
Bill is known for his hands-on approach—you’ll find him on the job site daily, personally overseeing each build to ensure no detail is overlooked. His commitment to excellence shows not only in the homes he builds but in the strong relationships he forms with his clients. Rebecca Jones serves as the Director of Client Finance at W.C. Jones Custom Homes, bringing over 20 years of experience managing the financial operations of multi-million-dollar construction companies. With deep industry knowledge and a strong commitment to client service, Rebecca plays a key role in guiding homeowners through every financial aspect of the custom homebuilding process.
From budgeting and payment schedules to financial planning and documentation, she ensures transparency, clarity, and support at every step. Billy Jones is a Senior Project Manager at W.C. Jones Custom Homes, working alongside his father, Founder and CEO William C. Jones, to oversee the daily operations on job sites. Raised in a family deeply rooted in the construction industry, Billy developed a passion for homebuilding from an early age—instilled by years of watching and learning from his father.
Today, Billy carries that same commitment to craftsmanship, hands-on involvement, and client-focused service. He plays an essential role in ensuring that each project runs smoothly, stays on schedule, and meets the high standards the Jones family is known for. Hannah Jones
Hannah Jones is the Design Coordinator at W.C. Jones Custom Homes, where she brings a strong passion for interior design and a genuine love for helping others discover their personal style. With a creative eye and a thoughtful approach, Hannah works closely with each client to guide them through every design selection—from flooring and fixtures to finishes and color palettes.
